This company is not reliable. I dealt with Mark Racco, to list my house on rent. I told him to do 3 listings , one for the full house, second for basement and third for the main floor and second floor. He got the papers signed and said he will do that. But hie did only one listing without my approval and then he started showing the properties , but I kept on inissting for the listing and he ignored me. After a weeks time, he threatened that I can not withdraw his services till September 30. I kept silent, because I had a lot of pressure of work, moving and I did not want to loose my three months and fight and complain to the Real Estatwete Board. He never came with the clients but he told me to take care of the clients, if they come, because he has very small children, but the other realtors who wanted to show, they came with their clients. He did not check the antecedents of any of the applicants and said it is not his job. He rather pushed me to rent to one of his community person, whose yearly income was so low that she would not be be getting the take home as the rent amount. I had never done any thing in my life. He did not guide at all. When I discussed with my friends and the person, who introduced me , they advised me to keep silence and do the verification myself, because it is my property, and on the date of closing and handing over the keys , he was reluctant to come and said hand over the keys to my office , whereas the tenant realtor came every time with the client. If for just listing you have to pay one month rent to the agent, post it on kijiji but never go to realtors like Mark Racco, who does not know what customer service is. Even the broker who he works for Jason, did not help at all and said in the email that they provide the highest service . Beware of these kind of crooked agents. I will give 0 star to rentex realty
